After breaking up from the mother of my children, I realized just how much of my suffering was down to codependency. During the relationship I expected her to provide fulfillment of certain needs - needs which I could have provided for myself. I became desperate, jealous and ever so lonely.
However, with dedicated practice and commitment to uncovering the truth and healing my wounds I began to turn this codependency around. |
I realized that in order to experience wholeness and fulfillment in my life, I needed to give that to myself whether single or in a relationship. Along with many hours spent processing my emotions and meditating I was able to come to space of much more inner clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the course take me to complete?
That really depends on you. On completion of purchase you will receive all of the material. That’s over 20 video lessons, accompanying text and a workbook and audio meditation. You can then work through it at your own pace. I recommend not doing too many lessons at once so that you give yourself a chance to integrate what’s being conveyed. On the other hand you shouldn’t space the lessons out too much, otherwise you might lose momentum. I would recommend between 2-5 weeks to complete the course, depending on your own preferences.
How long will I have access to the course after I buy it?
- You will have lifetime access to this course (or at least for as long as the internet continues to be in operation!)
Can I buy this course even if I’m not currently in a relationship?
- YES! This course is aimed at anyone who feels some conditioning or wound around the subject of partners or relationships regardless of current relationship status.
